Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder is the professionally-known name for Winona Laura Hoowitz. She was born within Winona Minnesota. The parents of Winona Ryder named her for the town she grew up in. Her father Michel Horowitz and her mother Cynthia Palmer were authors and editors. Ryder, who considers herself Jewish, is descended from Ryder's Jewish father. The actress is the younger sister of Uria, and has half-siblings Jubal & Sunyata. Ryder as well as her entire family moved to California's Mendocino County in the year 2000, when Ryder was seven. They didn't have electricity. Ryder who was an avid reader at the age of 12 years old, became a reader because Ryder was not able to access television. In 1983 when she was 12 Ryder enrolled in the American Conservatory Theatre to take acting classes. In the year she turned fifteen, she landed her first acting job on screen, in Lucas. Ryder suffered from bullying throughout high school. Her performing career, she thought that it would aid her. However, it didn't happen. The actress continued to chase her ambitions. Her big break was in 1988 when she appeared in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. Ryder continued to play successful characters in numerous films. In 1993, Ryder was in the running two times for Academy Awards.
